Business Unlimited Plan
Available to AT&T business customers with 1-12 lines who subscribe to Complete Choice® for Business with a term agreement. Applies only to 1 + domestic direct-dialed, live voice long distance calls. AT&T Long Distance Service must be the intra-state and inter-state long distance carrier. All lines at a single location must be on a single billing account. Billing accounts are per location. 1+ call detail is available for an additional charge. Service under this Plan cannot be used with any of the following: call centers; autodialers or any similar types of devices; PBX, PBX-like, data transmission, or any similar equipment; broadcast fax transmissions; or, Centrex, foreign exchange, public telephone, ISDN, or the equivalents of any such services. Customer lines associated with education institutions (colleges, Universities, etc.) or other businesses that aggregate end user traffic are not eligible for the Plan. Plan not available for resale. Plan does not include multi-party conference calls, 900 number calls, directory assistance, calling cards, or operator services; additional charges may apply. If AT&T Long Distance Service determines Customer's use violates any of these restrictions, it may (at its sole option) move Customer to another plan, or suspend, restrict or cancel Customer's long distance service without prior notice. FastAccess DSL Service
FastAccess DSL Service requires a DSL modem or router. Charges: $50 activation fee; $14.95 shipping charge
for AT&T -purchased equipment. AT&T may provide refurbished modem or router. Actual speeds based
on DSL synch rate; speeds may vary; and all speeds not available in all areas. Read service agreement on
