The Business Unlimited plan is available for accounts with maximum of 12 lines. After the first line, there is a $15 monthly recurring charge for each additional line.
Available to AT&T local service business customers with 1-12 lines in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. Plan requires subscription to Complete Choice® for Business and a local service term agreement. Callers must dial 1 + telephone number for a domestic call to be included in the plan. AT&T Long Distance Services must be selected as both the local toll and interLATA toll carrier for all of the customer’s lines at a single location and on a single billing account. 1+ call detail is available for an additional charge. Service under this plan cannot be used with any of the following: call centers; auto-dialers or any similar types of devices; PBX, PBX-like, data transmission or any similar equipment; broadcast fax transmissions; or, Centrex, foreign exchange, public telephone or ISDN services, or the equivalents of any such services. Customer lines associated with education institutions (colleges, Universities, etc.) or other businesses that aggregate end user traffic are not eligible for this plan. Plan cannot be used for resale. Unlimited plan usage does not include multi-party conference calls, calls to 900 numbers, directory assistance, calling card, or operator services. Additional charges apply for International calls. If the Company determines that Customer’s use of the Service violates any of these restrictions, AT&T Long Distance Service, at its sole option, may either move the Customer to another plan or may suspend, restrict, or cancel the Customer’s service without prior notice.
