Plan rates apply to domestic direct dialed calls and to local toll and domestic interLATA calls if AT&T Long Distance Service is selected as both the local toll service and interLATA toll service provider. The $5.00 monthly recurring charge is waived with attainment of $25 spend threshold on domestic direct-dialed and toll-free usage.
